Terms of Warranty

If within the given period mentioned on the cookware from the date of purchase, the product is found to be defective by the reason of workmanship or material, we undertake at our option to replace or repair the same free of charge, on the following conditions:

  • This cookware has been solely used for domestic use only.
  • No sharp objects or metal spatula have been used on the non-stick surface.
  • This warranty card and proof of purchase must be produced along with the cookware under complaint.
  • The defective cookware must be returned to our service centre. The replacement or cookware will be returned in due course, carriage paid within India at the purchaser's risk.
  • This warranty is limited to the conditions and circumstances set forth above.
  • The cookware must be used in accordance with the provided instructions.
  • This warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse while cooking.
    • Improper maintenance of cookware.
    • Colour change, paint peel-off, or scratches at the base.
    • Damage from mishandling or tampering.
  • This warranty does not extend to monetary refunds or replacement of the cookware as a whole.
  • If any parts are replaced with non-approved parts, the warranty shall cease to exist.
  • Handles, knobs, and other accessories are not covered under this warranty.
  • Our decision on complaints shall be final. Any replaced defective parts will become our property.

Instructions for Use

  1. Condition the cookware with a thin smear of oil before its first use.
  2. Cook over low or medium heat to ensure the best results and prevent discoloration.
  3. Do not use sharp objects like knives, forks, or metal spoons with sharp edges on the cookware.
  4. Allow the cookware to cool before washing to prevent warping from temperature changes.
  5. Clean the cookware with soapy water using a plastic scrubber after each use. Avoid metal scrubbers.
  6. Do not wash the cookware in a dishwasher, as harsh chemicals may damage the surface.
  7. Avoid harsh abrasives, steel wool, harsh detergents, or cooking sprays on the cookware.
